Your Special Edition Speedy will have a numbered certificate of authenticity printed on high-quality card stock and notarized by the Royal Australian National Center for Infectious Diseases (which does not exist and you would probably not want to visit if it did).

The plush Speedy meets all ASTM and CPISA standards for safety and quality; technically speaking, he's child-safe.
